Toy phone for toddlers so that they can mimic what they see the 
adults doing.  Hinged cover for keypad flips open and the antenna 
is manually raised (antenna makes a ratcheting sound while being 
raised or lowered).  Pressing on any key on the keypad "places" a 
phone call and a girl's voice answers with a "Hello".  Sometimes 
she says something else and sometimes not.  Then she says 
"Goodbye".
